  1. Matt Stephens and the UK peloton show you how to move up through the bunch
    safely and efficiently.

  2. 1:20 “…with the rider you were sat behind making the effort…”
It should be ‘the rider you were sitting behind’. ‘were sat’ implies that
    someone seated you there.

  3. These are actually pretty good.

  4. What circuit is this?

  5. Is it okay to move up in a group when everyone is breaking but you see an
opening and don’t feel it is necessary to break? For instance, before a
    curve in the road.

  6. quite useful. thanks

  8. Hey guys love the Race smart uploads. .

  9. stay between the white lines???? if there is room, there is room. watch
just one race in the netherlands/belgium and you will know

  10. Amazingly helpful especially since I was thinking of starting to race out
in California soon. I knew there were rules but never knew them. One minor
note, the matrix Skoda Jersey girl has an awesome hair braid. Very cool.

  11. So are you liable to get your wheel clipped if you move up in the middle?
Is it the responsibility of the other riders not to clip you in that
    situation?

  13. Not sure what tube it was. But how are 5×1 hr rides better than 1×5 hr
ride. I commute and often ride 2 hrs/day

  14. You’re actually shooting in between people and riding 3 abreast!? I, along
with any other club mate would strangle anyone that attempted that, it’s
caused a crash already in our league.

  16. This is great advice. I made a few dumb pulling mistakes in my first crits.
I rightfully got yelled at by other riders. Now I know better.
