    yeah, I agree, I can’t tell which end is supposed to be or down, how to decide which holes to use, or where the spcaer plate goes.

    Are you so sure that the ‘reinforcement’ isn’t for shoes that don’t come with nuts preinstalled inside the shoe?

    There may be but I do not know of any study to confirm this. It is mainly for comfort.

    im having trouble installing de middle little plate, de cleat keeps sliding over it when i uncleat, am i nos using proper strenght or i can just take them away? thanks for your response
